Victorinox Swiss Army Men's 241510 Silver Dial Chronograph Watch

I own nearly a dozen Victorinox watches and I must admit that this one has me infatuated -- a truly beautiful combination of gold, silver, and ivory, and a brown band that is finished as soft, supple nubuck rather than the usual smooth leather.

As many reviewers often say, the pictures here do not do full justice to the actual item. With this timepiece there is a true sense of opulence and style that stops short of seeming gaudy, while always conveying quiet good taste. This is the watch to wear with your favorite suit. Since it is not an automatic it is also lightweight, sitting very comfortably on the wrist, and the fact that it is powered by a quartz battery brings down the price-point appreciably as well.

I first saw this watch at a major department store for full price. I almost bought it but decided to check Amazon first. I'm glad I did because I saved a lot of money and was spared the sales tax. Amazon delivered the watch in a flash, in full Victorinox packaging, including a handsome display case and instructions.

Great timepiece... Just got this watch today after looking at it at teh Swiss army store for $550. Was able to get this from amazon for $385. That said, since amazon isn;t an authorized dealer they offer a 2 year warranty that is pretty much identical to the 3 year factory warranty in terms of what it covers (obviously you get an extra year from factory). My experience with swiss army watches has been great as this is my second one in 10 years... The first one still works and has had only 1 battery change. This watch looks and feels as expected. In person, it looks a little darker and classier... the amazon picture makes the face almost look white, but inreal life it is a true silver finish and the gold is more subtle than in the picture, which I think makes it look better. That said, Great watch, great price, shipped on time and arrived next day as promised.

I bought this watch recently as a gift for my husband on his birthday. I was really sceptical coz it was my first time purchasing something so expensive online! I did a lot of research on affordable swiss watches and read the reviews and tried following my gut on this watch. THANKFULLY it turned to be an awesome purchase and my hubby Loved it!! It looks classy and beautiful as a watch to be worn semi-casually or on formal occasions!
I had got it for $330 at that time, but I was just dissappointed in them not giving me the note as mentioned for the birthday. However the timepiece itself is a great buy and came well in a good looking Victorinox box ready for a gift and off course on time with special delivery option.
I Hope I get the warranty as expected however by Amazon! Been exactly a month since I got it!
